We act as intermediaries for the money involved in the transaction. Once the buyer and seller have agreed on the terms of the deal, we step in. The buyer transfers the transaction amount to our secure accounts in Belgium, according to the contract terms. We then confirm to the seller that the funds are available so they can proceed with fulfilling the contract and shipping the goods. Once the seller declares that the contract has been fulfilled and the buyer confirms that the goods have arrived and everything is in accordance with the purchase agreement, the buyer gives us the green light to release the payment to the seller. This way, the buyer receives additional security for the proper fulfillment of the contract and 100% protection of their money, while the seller knows they will be paid according to the agreement—provided they fulfill the contract correctly. The consequences of breaching the contract by either party are specified in the agreement that both parties sign with us. The service is quick and is completed within 24 hours of the request.

All AGRA accounts are held in a 100% secure financial institution with so-called safeguarded accounts, ensuring that no matter what happens with the economy or the institution, the money is in a safe place and always accessible. Additionally, we sign a contract that further guarantees our service is 100% secure.

Our commission is determined based on the transaction amount.
 

• Transactions up to 100,000 euros - 0.4% of the transaction value.
• Transactions from EUR 100,000 to EUR 250,000 - 0.3% of the transaction value.
• Transactions from EUR 250,000 to EUR 500,000 - 0.2% of the transaction value.
• Transactions over 500,000 euros - 0.1% of the transaction value.

The commission can be paid solely by the buyer, the seller, or split equally between both parties. *The service is only available to registered AGRA users with a business plan.
